The lock:

It features active retention using an innovative system. Unlike similar brand holsters, US Duty Gear holsters have the retention system completely inside, preventing the protective cap found on competing models from being torn off or broken.

The ergonomic button that unlocks the weapon requires you to grip it correctly. This will prevent the weapon from being lost or snatched by someone else. The button is already enlarged and will not require a nub mod to widen it.

Protecting your weapon:

This case covers all the mechanisms and control buttons of your weapon to prevent them from being accidentally pressed (loss of magazine, firing, turning on the light).
