Updated Control Board – The old board has been replaced with a new, more efficient control board, resulting in increased battery life and reliability. This new printed control board has also been found to be more durable than the previous one.

Eye lens adjustment – ​​A 90-degree eye lens adjustment was tested to reduce glare from the environment, with no difference in durability observed compared to the first generation.

Exterior Design – Several exterior elements, including the housing, have been redesigned. First, an improved two-stage QD lever has been added. The height of the optics center has also been increased from 0.10 to 1.64 inches for better alignment with lens and accessory systems. Finally, the housing has been slimmed down, and cutouts have been added to compensate for the increased weight of the new QD lever and the taller integral mount. Drainage holes have also been added to better prevent water accumulation on shelves due to rain or immersion.

AURAWAKE : AuraWake is our patented approach to safer implementation of "shake-to-wake" designs commonly used in the industry today.

While many optics automatically shut off after a certain number of hours to save battery power, accelerometers (small motion-detecting devices) are often used to activate them when the weapon is gripped.

However, these devices can prove unreliable after significant impact testing. That's why we initially chose not to rely on the general "shake-to-wake" function of the LP-1. But now, we are proud to announce AuraWake, our new partial activation system that links the accelerometer ONLY to the 65 MOA circle!

In simple terms, after 5 minutes of inactivity, the LP-1's CQB outer ring "goes to sleep," while keeping the 2 MOA dot constantly illuminated. This provides a consistent, ready-to-use aiming reference that is unaffected by accelerometer failures, thus significantly extending battery life.
