The Med Pouch is a lightweight, laser-cut nylon pouch specially designed to hold an individual first aid kit (IFAK) as well as a tourniquet.

The Med Pouch features a MOLLE Backer with integrated horizontal and vertical belt loops. The Top Flat comes with a 6"x3" loop section for patches and identifiers. The stretch elastic sides will also ensure that your medical kit remains snug and secure. The medical pouch can be purchased as a kit with our Wilder Tactical IFAK and a C-A-T® North American Rescue (NAR) tourniquet or as a standalone purchase.
