Conceived as a reminder of our history and recent battles fought on our soil, our version of the flannel shirt echoes our fighting, rugged and wild spirit, while proudly claiming the heritage of military uniforms that spanned the two major conflicts of the 20th century, like the wool or cotton flannel garments worn under the uniforms of the French soldiers of the First World War; or like the M1937 and M1941 wool shirt models of the US Army.
INTERVIEW
Regular washing in cold water (30° maximum, no tumble dryer) and little care are sufficient.
Guided by the desire to offer a functional solution, we chose a blend of premium medium-weight materials to balance insulation, comfort, weight, and breathability.
Our shirt can be worn both on its own during the warm season and over other clothes, like an overshirt, thanks to its loose fit.
Thanks to its thermal qualities due to brushing on both sides, making the fabric softer and fluffy, resistant and insulating, it is also an ideal choice in a layering system to face humid and windy climates.
