Khimaira — 2-Day Operational Performance Optimization (Pistol focus / Rifle integrated) — Commercial Proposal

Thank you for your interest. Below is a ready-to-use commercial proposal you can use on product pages, in emails, or for sales conversations.

Course title

Operational Performance Optimization — 2 Days

(Pistol-focused with integrated rifle work — fundamentals, diagnostics & training programming)

Short pitch

A compact, high-impact 2-day module that transforms competent shooters into consistently effective operators by building a rock-solid technical core and a practical, science-driven training program.

Who this is for (prerequisites)

Open to professionals who already master basic firearm safety and handling. Ideal for duty pistol-carriers (police, military, security) and experienced civilian operators who want to convert competence into reliable operational performance. Some rifle experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Class size & format

Maximum 25 participants per class (individualized coaching emphasis)

Instructor : student ratio designed to provide high-quality, personalised feedback.

Day 1 and Day 2 combine classroom briefings, dry-fire, live-fire, scenario work and group debriefs.

Key learning outcomes

By the end of the module each participant will be able to:

1. Diagnose personal performance bottlenecks using objective metrics and corrective drills.

2. Establish a robust technical foundation (posture, grip, sight management, trigger & manipulation) that transfers under stress.

3. Apply movement & motion fundamentals with the pistol and integrate basic rifle transitions.

4. Program a practical training cycle (micro/macro periodization, measurable metrics, drill progressions) tailored to mission-profile.

5. Self-monitor and iterate training through a repeatable diagnostic → corrective → consolidation loop.

Example programme (high level)

Day 1 — Foundation & Diagnostic

Morning: welcome, safety brief, cognitive learning strategy, baseline diagnostic (dry + live).

Midday: technical corrective blocks — posture, presentation, grip, sight picture.

Afternoon: trigger work, manipulations, controlled pairs, failure analysis (incidents & malfunctions).

End of day: individual diagnostic reports + corrective homework.

Day 2 — Motion, Integration & Programming

Morning: dynamic fundamentals — movement, shooting on the move, target transitions, speed/accuracy tradeoffs.

Midday: integrated pistol↔️rifle drills (transitions, positional awareness), multiple target engagements and cadence control.

Afternoon: constructing your training program — metrics, microcycles, progression templates, lifestyle & recovery considerations.

Final: personalised 30/90-day training plan, group debrief and Q&A.

Equipment & logistics (participant requirements)

Participants should bring:

Service/personal pistol + ≥ 3 magazines
